Meet Montana Layne, my cousin's newest addition to her family. He is so precious! I could have held him all day long. The way that his big sister, Violet, helped take care of him melted my heart. I'm sure that him and Amelia are going to be buds! :)
Stephanie and I met in the bathroom during our first day as college freshman. We quicly became close friends, roommates, and even were a part of each other's weddings. Her family quickly became my second family. So imagine how thrilled I was when Steph called me and asked me to do family pictures for her mom's birthday. We had such a good time. You can't help but to laugh and smile when you are around this family. They are so full of joy and love for each other. Thank you for letting me a part of this! Love you guys!
This calendar shoot was a first for me. I was a little nervous but I was surprised at how much fun I had. Sure there were awkward moments. But once we started shooting, we had a blast! Some months were a little more, um, personal and are for "his eyes only". Here are a few that I felt ok to share. And yes, she knows they are posted. :)
As I was looking through some old shoots I had done, I came across the Brown's session. Even though it was windy that day, we had so much fun. This family knows how to have a good time together.
My little milliebug is 9 months old! I can't believe how quickly they grow up. We still aren't crawling but we love to walk (being helped of course). I have decided that she is going to skip crawling altogether! It is so much fun watching her discover the world around her. She is such a happy baby and loves being outside this summer! Our AC went out the day I decided to do our photoshoot. So here are some of the pics from our quick session. Enjoy!
I was honored when Payten asked me to shoot her maternity pics...since she taught me a lot of what I know about photography! We had a great time. I never had to ask her to smile....she couldn't stop. Baby Woolf isn't due until mid-July. I wouldn't be shocked if he made an early appearance though! They are doing a great job at keeping his name a secret. I can't wait to meet him!!!!
There are 3 important details you need to know about me. The first is that I'm a daughter of Christ. The second is that I am married to the most wonderful man I've ever met. The third is that my heart overflows with love for my daughter.
